Great Gaming TV
I wanted to be able to Play My Video Games and Watch TV at The Same Time and End up Getting this TV for Playing Video Games. This TV has a Good Refresh Rate (120hz) for Gaming, has HDMI 2.1 (Which is Great for the PS5), is VRR Compatible, and is HDR Compatible (HDR10+ and Dolby Vision) Out of the Box.The TV has Good Picture and Sound Quality Out of the Box as Well. The Picture Quality is Better than My Old Gaming TV (Which I Use for Watching TV)The TV is Bigger, but Thinner than My Old Gaming TV.43″ is Good, but 50″ is Better. This TV vs My Old Gaming TV:The Sound and Picture Quality of Both TVs are Good, but the Sound and Picture Quality of this TV is Better. This TV is 120hz Refresh Rate (Native). My old Gaming TV is 60hz Refresh Rate (Native). Both TVs are HDR Compatible. This TV is VRR Compatible. My Old Gaming TV is not VRR Compatible. This TV has HDMI 2.1.My Old Gaming TV does not support HDMI 2.1.

The best bang for your buck!!
Amazing TV. It’s quick, snappy, its extremely bright and vibrant, its sharp, ive tested both 120hz and 240hz content and it is absolutely amazing! Only gripe is… really? Leaving motion smoothing options on by default? Anyways, works great with both my PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles, and its been an absolute dream to use. Its the first tv I’ve bought, and it has really made me realize how great Vizio is for its price range. definitely the cheapest, and best at the price, 4k 120hz capable display, and the 240hz is just icing on the cake.

Better product
My Hisense started backlighting flashing after only 3yrs new. So I studied all the 120hz,4k Her 50 inch TV’s. I had found my new Vizio here on Amazon and had it shipped with no damage to the box. Set up was ez but the power cord inlet was tucked up on the right side of a square indentation so I had to look a while. Picture quality and ease of use are awesome. The remote control volume is on the side of it and it took me a while to find it. Anyway this is my choice of tv under $650.00 and I just love it .

Defective and terrible customer support
The TV was initially good for the price, as I had got it when it was discounted, however after half a year it was clear that even with the discount it simply was not worth what I had paid. The TV began to have visual defects (smearing, very bad smearing) that you shouldnât be experiencing with a new television, the tv started to show lines and uneven brightness, and within a few months after these problems began to appear the tv shut off on its own several times and would take hours and sometimes days for it to turn back and and function again.Customer service was horrible. The process was not smooth and had me jumping through hoops in which I could never finish in one sitting, Iâve since had to talk to customer service three separate times before finally getting my warranty request submitted, and even though I started the request well in advance of the warrantyâs end date I only barely got it in before the warranty ended. That was not the end of it. I was then told that âbecause [I] missed the warranty window,â (which I did not. I was told that I had until the date of delivery, and also told I had until November), instead they would send me a used or ârecertifiedâ tv as a replacement instead. Now I am stuck with a used tv in exchange for one I bought brand new in which the new TV was severely defective, the used TV is likely to have similar issues as it was returned.I would not recommend vizio TVs so long as you have to deal with vizio directly as it felt like they were trying to run my warranty out before I could finish the request. They will not make you whole if you end up with a defective product. My experience with the TV and the company has been all around terrible, I hope at least nobody else will suffer the same as I have. I feel ripped off.

Great picture/ Mediocre sound/ Good Vizio support
4.5 rating. Great price on a QLED set. Picture quality is very good, sound is so-so compared to the sound bar I have, so just hooked it up to this tv. Had an issue with the tv unresponsive to the remote, stuck on off, no picture with the white light at the bottom left stuck on. Would reset when I unplugged/replugged the tv power. Happened a few times so called Vizio support, they walked me through a reset that solved the issue. Got lucky with a very good support person. Hope this set lasts as long as the old Vizio 720 set it replaced.

Excellent TV
At the time of this review, I’ve used the TB for a few months, and so far it’s been perfect! I’ve had no issues, the picture and audio quality are great, and it’s being sold for a great price considering it’s size, resolution, and features! Would highly recommend for gaming, movies, streaming, etc.

Looks great
I love this I bought it now it’s been like a month and it’s great so far I got it connected with my Google home and I can turn it on and turn it off to Google home. It didn’t have Chromecast so I had to connect my old Chromecast cable or maybe I just too thick to understand. But it was easy to set up it was easy to connect the app to it. It works well I love the way it looks I play call of duty Black ops for my PlayStation 5 on 2180p at 120 FPS. Love it . It’s a great looking TV it doesn’t have that soap opera looking thing to it. The sound isn’t bad not bad at all. But if you pair it with a Vizio sound bar voila!

Best bang for your buck
Please skip junk like TCL, hisense etc. This is a great TV, below high end like samsung, LG etc. colors are really close to OLED!
