Very good product
I got this for my 2 cats while I was traveling for a week. It worked great during this time and made my beloved cats happier because now they have food in the right time and in the right amount.The product is very easy to setup and works very well.The only downside is the voice recording, the quality is not that good, but you can definitely use it without the voice recording because the noise of the food falling is enough for your animals make the party.Iâm surprised how good this machine works and Iâm very very happy with it.A+++++.

BEST CAT PURCHASE EVER
Iâve had this feeder for a year now and can honestly say itâs the best purchase I have ever made in relation to my cats. The kitties used to wake me up at 5:30 AM on the weekends because thatâs when Iâd normally feed them on weekdays before work. Now I have this feeder that goes off every day at the same time and I get to sleep in on the weekends again!!!The portion numbers are a little weird so you sort of have to figure out what to set it for at first but once you find the right portion size youâre all set.Again, Iâve had this for a year and itâs been super reliable. It has to be plugged in but I like that it has a back up battery so it will still go off if your power goes out. You just have to remember to keep it full.The dispensing mechanism isnât too loud but the sound of the food hitting the bowl can be a bit loud. But honestly Iâve gotten used to it and it doesnât even wake me up anymore. At least I donât have to get out of bed lol.

I have two cats and before I got this they would always eat way to much but after getting this they eat the perfect amount of food itâs really quiet when it dispenses the food really easy to take the bowls out to clean them cats canât knock it over and the set up was very easy would recommend for anyone looking for a auto cat feeder for multiple cats

Works great, but very loud and portion size is too small.
At first my cats were scared by the noise — it is very loud — but now they run like Pavlov’s dogs.I accidentally pushed the record button, but didn’t record anything, so instead it made an unintelligible, horrible squawking noise — three times, including a long time after the food was already dispensed (a real head scratcher). The cats hated that and there’s no instruction how to turn it off. I finally managed to do so, but the experience was decidedly unpleasant for all of us.The icons are miniscule, so you have to pick it up to set anything; it’s impossible to see what you’re doing if it’s on the floor.The portion size is laughable. The settings are 1 through 4. For two small cats (each 10 lbs), I set it to 4, and programmed it to dispense four times (the max), back to back in the morning and in the evening, and they are maintaining their weight, and I still augment with a 5-ounce can of wet food split for the both of them, but that’s only because they’ve trained me. (When I just left a full bowl down so they could graze, they both got chubby.) If I had big cats like Maine Coons, it probably wouldn’t be enough food.Despite the shortcomings, I gave it four stars because it works great, I can see the volume in the reservoir, the bowls are removable for cleaning, and it’s good value for the money.If I could wave a magic wand, I’d figure out how to put the controls on the TOP, I’d increase the portion size and decrease the sound, I’d get rid of the tinny, gimmicky record feature, and I’d made the reservoir bigger. Despite all that, I’d still buy it again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (after 1 month of use) – “I am very happy with the product. It works well with Royal Canin Veterinary Dental food which is shaped almost like a cube with the large side having 13 mm square sides and the depth having 9 mm sides. It probably works because these kibbleâs are all very uniformly sized and are very solid and do not break up at all in their journey from the top of the machine to the bowls at the bottom. Regarding those that complain that some food accumulates under the spouts, my cats have no problems with this and in one swipe of their paws they move the food back to front of the bowl. My last criteria for a successful purchase is longevity and reliability and I really hope that this thing works many years and that I can depend on it for small weekend trips away from my cats.”UPDATE – After 5 months of use I must conclude that this machine is not reliable enough for me. Over the last few months it has been occasionally blocking (probably every 2 or 3 weeks on average) which necessitates manual intervention to unblock it by emptying out all the food and pushing the blocked kibble out (thereâs usually just one piece that seems to be causing the whole blockage). This makes it unsuitable for use when I go on vacation and so I am currently looking for an alternate solution that will work with my relatively large sized cat kibble.
