Great device
Works good for 30 days, then now it is running but nothing coming out. No more steam or air. I got a full tank of oil into it but still nothing coming and it just making noise like it is running. Maybe the air pump problem? There is no way to contact support or get it resolved since Amazon only allows 30 days to report issue. Bad product overall.

It’s the Best
I was tired of the daily filling with water of other oil diffusers not to mention the cleaning of the unit. This looked so small and simple I couldn’t resist buying one to try it out. I love it. I just screw in a bottle of essential oil and it lasts for weeks (depending of the size of the bottle). There’s nothing to clean. Just set it and forget it. I bought another unit so I could have one in my living room and one in my bedroom.

Easier and more effective than a water diffuser
This waterless essential oil diffuser is super simple to set up and use. No need to clean out the tank, refill water, and worry about spilling. Just screw in a bottle of essential oil and go!The scent is diffused into the room quickly, and the 3 rates of diffusion allow you to set the intensity you’d like. I prefer the lowest level, which diffuses for 20 seconds every 5 minutes. It auto shuts off after 8 hours in this mode, but I wish there was an option for a sooner auto shut off. I like to turn it on at bedtime but I don’t need it to run all night. The battery life is great, recharging is needed infrequently. The compact size and low noise level are also great.

It’s simple, effective, and its (very) limited control options actually fit my use-case really well. Basically you can 3 modes of operation: – 1 min (constant operation for 2 hours, 22 idle, repeat) – 3 min (40s every 3 mins for 8 hours, 16 idle, repeat) – 5 min (20 every 5 mins for 8 hours, 16 idle, repeat)That’s likely not great for everyone, but for me they work really well. I’m finding in a moderately ventilated room that the low setting is plenty strong and its cycle suits my use-case perfectly. The minimalism is pleasant, but it does seem a shame to offer such limited control when this device ought to be WAY more versatile simply by dialing 3 separate settings (duration, frequency, hours per day). Depending on the space and the scent, this could be way too strong and/or wasteful, or even too weak.My other nitpick is the light. It’s directly inside the exhaust port, lighting up the mist. And it looks pretty cool, but in a dark room it’s quite bright, and an unnecessary battery drain that cannot be disabled. I’ll have to design and 3d print meandering-path “smoke stack” to place over it and silence that light, at which point it won’t be looking so sleek.Lastly, the feed could stand to be thicker and softer. Placing it on top of a thick cloth reduces noise considerably – again at the cost of aesthetics.With these issues addressed, it really is quite quiet and (for me) efficient and effective. Overall I’m fairly satisfied for the price. That said, the simple improvements (better controls, optional light, better feet) ought to be fixable with minimal increase in cost and complexity, and I’d rather pay a bit more money to have them fixed.There is one more thing, and that’s the white USB-C cable that ships with it. It really ought to be black and C-toC, with one right-angled end. That would match the overall quality of aesthetics and be more versatile with placement and hiding the cable. I hesitate to mention it because swapping out the cable is a trivial no-compromise fix and not worth driving up the base price – especially when there is no true one-size-fits-all option for that accessory anyway.
