Works Great! A reallu nice addition to my house.
The unit looks and smells great and blends in nicely with my other decor. There are different settings for time and intensity including continous mode, which is the one that I use. It doesn’t use much oil so i let it run day and night and havent run intonany issues. It pairs really nicely with my hotel scents that i bought from signature scents. The diffuser can be controlled via the remote or on my phone with their app. Personally i find the app more convienient. Overall its a very good diffuser.

Stopped working. Purchased May 26th August 15 will not work.
Does anyone have any advice on why this device will not work? I pulled the tube out and blew through it and cleaned it and after figuring it may be clogged or something. Unplugged it for awhile and conducted the factory reset. The device is still not working and it was fantastic, however, I read reviews were others have stopped working. Amazon should address this issue and replace those like mine who have had it less than six months and Iâve kept it in good condition. Also, the customer service for signature sense is terrible. I really donât wanna pay 200 more dollars for something that only works six months and Iâve only ran, two or three diffusers out of it. Iâm confused and I hope the manufacturer Amazon rectifies this issue because this is completely unacceptable especially for a company in the size of Amazon to sell expensive merchandise and it has zero longevity. I expected this thing to at least work 18 to 24 months to where Iâd get my money back out of it $10 a month after spending $199 plus tax. If anyone has any suggestions Iâm open because I was looking at purchasing another one for the master bedroom and potentially one upstairs for the game room instead of just the living room however now Iâm apprehensive about purchasing anything per manufacturer. This is a must!!
Iâve been loving this machine! The machine fits perfect with my home, itâs sleek and looks really good. I bought The Penthouse scent with the machine and it smells amazing! I also received samples and the scents smell so good. I keep it on the continuous setting and it makes my entire house smell good all day long. It has different settings, so I can change the intensity to what I want it to be. Overall, I would highly recommend this machine!

Smell fills multiple rooms
I purchased this scent over a month ago and I am more than pleased with the results. I have two kids and a dog so my home can get stuffy. I put the machine in the main living area of the house, near the front door. I was pleasantly surprised that the unit spread the scent to multiple rooms, even with it in a lower spray setting. I use it every day and I can attest to the durability of the product. It was extremely easy to put together and took all of 1 minute. I am so happy I got this!!

Awesome product for 2.5 months
It was so nice and fragrant and then after 2.5 months of use it quit spitting out fragrance and apparently itâs only a 30 day warranty which is ridiculous if the product that costs over 200+ dollars quits working and you have there signature scent bottles that cost over 55 dollars just sitting there and canât be used. I sure hope they do right by this otherwise the 1 star is what this gets.

I actually really like the product. It has great smell and you can adjust the potency of whatever scent you choose. One day it stopped working. Not sure why. Maybe it’s clogged but I tried cleaning it out and it didn’t work. That is my only negative review on the product. Considering how much it costs I hope the manufacture can help me resolve this issue. I will post an update once I hear back and everything is resolved.
