This is a complete dental procedure, easy to use & like the idea of brushing & cleaning all in one operation. Noise level at a minimum, water pressure great. The design is nice & compact, doesnât take up a big space.

I bought the Sonic 2.0 as a replacement for my first Sonic in August 2024 when the the water flosser on my first machine stopped working. The brush worked fine– but the flosser simply stopped functioning– dead. No connection. I shrugged thinking this was a fluke and spent the $199 to replace it. Four months later the same exact thing happened again. The brush works fine. The water flosser is dead. No connection. No power.I emailed customer service and within 24 hours they responded with instructions on how to restart the flosser. The instructions were clear, the tone was sympathetic and supportive and it worked like a charm. They suggested I get a surge protector in the bathroom. So this may have been the issue.I wish all companies were as responsive and helpful and provided such great service. No complaints here. The product now works perfectly and I am very satisfied with the product..

Great brush and flosser
Less than a year old and the base leaks. Tank is fine, it is the gaskets on the base where tank sits. I have two and I tested it with the good one and the tank was good! Disappointing for the $$

My teeth have never felt so clean, and my dentist said my gums have done a miraculous recovery with this toothbrush/water pick. I have talked several people and applying this because Iâm so passionate about it. It did stop working after two years and I called customer service. They have a three-year warranty and their customer care was so good. They sent me a brand new one. The only problem is the time (3days only) I was waiting for this tooth brush. I realized how much I loved it and missed it.

Wife loves this toothbrush
She has the old Waterpik but it is more work to use after brushing her teeth. With this, she brushes her teeth then simply presses the button and continues onto the Waterpik side of the system. Also, the improved water filling method over the old Waterpik system is a nice feature.

I purchased a Waterpik water flosser approximately 41/2 years ago and loved it. I loved that the toothbrush and the water flosser were independent of each other, however, the battery in the toothbrush finally gave up so I decided to get another new Waterpik water flosser. After going to the Waterpik Water Flosser Website and looking at and comparing the different water flossers, I chose the Waterpik Sonic Fusion 2.0 Professional Flossing toothbrush water flosser. When it arrived at first glance, I noticed that it was much smaller than my original Waterpik Water Flosser and the water reservoir was smaller also. Next, I noticed that the toothbrush was shorter than my original Waterpik one and that the toothbrush is only independent of the water flosser if you disconnect the water line each time you brush your teeth. The water line is supposed to coil back up so you can set the toothbrush back in the charger, well it doesn’t, and when you try and do it manually the water line gets all twisted up and the toothbrush falls out of the charger and the water line gets a kink in it at the end of the toothbrush and it’s impossible to get it to set in the charger. Because the water line has to coil back up between the toothbrush and the base it is not all that long and can be very difficult to get it stretched long enough to brush and floss without making a mess, the easiest way I have found to use this water flosser is to disconnect the water line from the bottom of the toothbrush each time you want to brush your teeth, hook it back up to floss, and disconnect it to set it back in the charger. For the price, I’m very disappointed that I purchased this Waterpik water flosser, I’ll be shopping for a new water flosser soon. I would not recommend this Waterpik water flosser unless you are an exceptional multitasker.

Awesome waterpik!
Product is expensive however well worth the money. I hate floss and prefer a waterpik because it truly does a better job than floss. I canât believe what this pik can do. Water flying and food bits including popcorn bits. My teeth feel so much cleaner. Only been using a few days so weâll see what dental hygienist has to say on my next visit.

I had one of these and loved it. I even rave about the product to my friends and bought one for Christmas as a gift for one of my best friends. It ended up being a mistake with plenty of consequences. The unit didnât work, and after several attempts of investigating it once she turned it over to me, I found that the base unit and the toothbrush donât match IDs, so the highly touted wireless connection didnât work and would never work since they are tied to the unitâs ID. This careless mistake on the manufacturerâs side meant I was forced to take back the present and return it. I had to then personally repack it and bring it to the post office and pay $66.60 to ship it back. Amazon is only going to reimburse me for half of that, and only weeks from now. Terrible service on both Amazonâs part (Iâve always been able to get returns picked up but they donât offer it anymore) as well as Waterpik for screwing up in the first place!

Truely believe the product is a faulty given a large number of reviewers came back here with the same issue with wireless water flossing after a few months of use. I have contacted Amazon to contact seller for warranty services or compensation, if any. Will be back to update here upon their response.Update: 24/01/2023 got a auto-reply from the system that the seller of my unit is no longer Amazon, so I am not able to ask for further support. Will face a dispute under Australian consumer law.
