Easy Installation, & Great Feel
I was hesitant to buy at first and was going to get all of the additional pieces in the bundle. I decided to start with these as I thought they would ensure the longevity of the AirPods Max and let me use them at the gym, which I tend to frequent 5 days out of the week.Probably one of the most convenient, easy to use products Iâve ever purchased on Amazon. They fit, and line up exactly. The Material is easy on the skin and Iâve had no issues with sweat rubbing or making ears uncomfortable. The color doesnât rub off, and you can easily clean them off after using and go back to the regular ear cups seamlessly. The sound Performance had no effect, music, videos, podcasts, all sound great. You canât even really tell they are on. I have the plain black ones, and the appearance is very stealth like or even just default looking on the space grey pair.If I had to purchase again, Iâd get them in a heartbeat. Iâve been using for a few weeks now and Iâm very satisfied with the purchase. Skip the other products, THESE ARE THE ONES TO GET!!!

I sleep in my AirPods Max – These are doing a great job protecting them!
I’m now on my second pair of Airpods Max. The first pair broke so often, and while I had bought the max AppleCare plan, it finally ran out. I think Apple replaced that first headset four or five times. When they died again and I no longer had AppleCare, I tried a set of Bose, and they paled in comparison to the Airpods Max, so I returned the Bose and sucked it up and spent the money on a new pair of Airpods Max, with the maximum AppleCare plan again. I think the reason that I was going through so many pairs was that I sleep in them to protect against my partner’s snoring, and of course your ears perspire when you do this. So this time I’ve bought a pair of these WC SweatZ silicone ear covers, and then cloth covers that go over the silicone. Every night I put both covers on, and they’re still really comfortable and have great sound. In the morning, I take both sets of covers off, separate them, and let them air out all day. This has so far kept the ear cups from picking up any scent – they smell new after a couple of months of use. I’m hoping that I won’t have so much trouble this time around with my new Airpods Max.

These covers are one of the few that actually have covers over the ear holes which is a plus. They prevent a lot of moisture from getting on the foam iPod pads. I will say that they do cause your ears to sweat if youâre working out hard. And they can slide off if you try to take your headphones off too quickly. But they are definitely stylish and make your AirPod max headphones unique. Would definitely say theyâre durable. Havenât had any issues when putting them on or taking them off. They kinda mess with the sound quality but thatâs to be expected. Itâs wonât ruin your workout or anything. Super easy to put on as well and they donât affect the comfort/fit of the headphones too much. Would recommend these

Solves the stinky headphone earpad problem
I purchased a pair of Airpods Max for exercise and was immediately concerned about drenching the earpads with sweat and eventually smelling them. My son is a runner and confirmed his Airpods Max “stink” which is okay for a twenty-year-old but not for me. I did some research and came across this product. So far this product has prevented sweat from coming in contact with the earpads. Unlike other reviewers who have reported malformed earpad covers not fitting, the ones I purchased are “cut” fine. They fit the earpads, and the sensor holes are cut so the headphones auto-pair for the most part. They do not pair every single time but I have not run into them not pairing so often that I find it to be an issue. If you run into this, partially pull and reinsert the ear pad (while the headphones are on your head).Due to the material these are made from, I think they do promote sweat but I opened my headphones and wiped the sweat off my ears and off the pads before so this is not a thing for me.I like how I do not have to worry about stinky headphones, which is the problem I was trying to solve.

So simple and so effective!
I canât describe how happy I was after working out with these!I was starting to get buyerâs remorse for my AirPods Max. I used to have a pair of Bose 700s and loved them for gym use, but one of the speakers went bad so I thought Iâd give the AirPods a try. Absolutely love them, except for one thing â I sweat a lot during workouts and after a bit, the AirPods Max cushions start to smell funky. With the Bose protein leather, you can just wipe them clean with a disinfectant cloth and youâre good to go. Not with AirPods Max! They soak up sweat like a sponge and I started having to wash them every few days, which sucks cuz they have to air dry for over a day. I couldnât even just put them in the case after a workout because theyâd be soaked and needed to dry. The extra effort to keep them clean was so annoying that I wished I had just bought the Bose again.Howeverâ¦I bought these little sweat protector gems as a last resort to try and fend off the guilt of wasted money on such expensive headphones. OMG they work so well!!! I was drenched in sweat and they kept the cushion 100% dry. Now I can just wipe with a cleaning cloth and put âem away!I am so thrilled. Totally worth it!!!

Lousy listening – donât be charmed by how they look!
Unfortunately, these cups completely sacrifice the sound quality. Tried upon arrival but will not be using at all. I was thinking I could just use them for exercise, however it is a fiddle to fit them so they just wonât be used.If you care at all about audio quality DO NOT BUY THESE! The bass is non-existent and the sound is like a cheap pair of ordinary headphones.My advice – spent less and get a full silicone set that covers the outside of the cups and headband too. I ordered this too just to be safe and was $5 less! The pads are protected from sweat fine with the other purchase.They might look fancy and fun, but sacrifice the audio quality so arenât worth it at all!Donât bother – complete waste of money.
