NO complaints from me. The camera was as advertised & now after 2 months of using it outdoors, it’s operated great. I have my camera recording 24/7 onto a SD card. You can choose to have Cloud storage for unlimited space. I look through my videos every couple days unless there may be need to look sooner. I have been pleased with the performance of this security camera & Would recommend it to anyone looking for your own privated security. You can’t go wrong on this purchase. Buy yourself 2 or more to secure indoors & outdoors you want be sorry all the camera works pretty good. It has what I would say is an excellent night vision, especially for the money! Easy set up & being able to choose how to set up your camera, I chose to have mine running & recording 24/7.You can also choose slot times over a pp period of 24 hrs for 7 days. 24/7 does take up a lot of space but I generally have a replacement card & I look over it every other day. Erase & start over with that card. You can can as well pay a small monthly fee for unlimited Cloud storage, which is Ideal!! It’s really a simple to set up & use security camera. You Can’t go wrong in buying this Camera, but 2 or more & secure you Home inside & out.I am buying 2 more myself!You can’t go wrong in this purchase.

Great Price For What You Get
This is a great security camera, and it’s worth the money for what it does, but there are some downsides that may or may not bother you. Read on for the details. I apologize in advance for any spelling or word placement issues. It’s early and I’m lacking coffee while writing this mini-novel.Pro Value: Excellent quality on the video! It has a sort of AI that detects ‘human’ movement from everything else, so you don’t get alerts for a moth or some cat or somebody’s idiot dog that runs up to your door, sniffs and runs off. Human movement detected messages are very desired.Another value is the TF card slot. It can take up to 128GB and is easy to install on the available slot. It slides into place at a slightly weird angle, but it does ‘click’ into place and ‘unclicks’ when you want to remove it with a single easy press of your fingernail. You do not have to remove the chip to get copies of your video alerts, as you can choose to have it make video upon event detection, or just do a non-stop 24 hour recording where it overwrites itself if you do not detect any events and do not wish to save it right away. Also, you can go into the settings and define what you consider an event! You can turn alerts on and off if you just want a nanny cam to peek around from time to time from your phone. If you have a wifi system setup, your phone can access the cameras through the phone app anywhere you are sitting when not at home.Next pro value is the audio. With just a touch on the installable app for your phone, and they do make one for download to your PC as well, another bonus, you can turn the audio on and off. Talking through it is easy by holding down the microphone button which is large and in the center bottom of the camera feed, and your voice is nice and loud, easy to hear. So you can covertly listen in and add some input of your own if you want. Also, you can record the adio, or choose to not record the audio to save file space. It’s nice to have options!Final bonus: It does night vision very well. If it detects human movement, the camera can be set to center on the human and turn the light on to highlight the event. That makes sure the ‘human’ knows they have been seen and recorded, and you can give an audio alert, like an alarm going off, if you select that option.Network setup is easy and voice prompted the moment the camera is freshly installed and powered on. If you ‘turn off’ the light switch and turn it back on later, none of the settings are lost and the cameras functions without fuss.Each bulb comes with an adapter to allow it to be plugged into a power socket or power strip, which can be easily unscrewed to reveal the basic light bulb screw.Now for the cons. If they ever get these addressed and corrected, this could be the best selling and best functioning camera ever. As expected, nothing is perfect, but you can compensate if you work at it. This is what I’m talking about:1. Bulb position is important! You must have it in the ‘hanging down’ pose, or the picture will be sideways or if in the up facing pose like a table lamp, the picture will be upside down. I compensated for my front door light as it was in the ‘up pose’ by removing the base and turning it upside down, which looks okay, and got the bulb in the hanging down pose. Now it looks good, does its job and has no issues with functions. As for indoors, I got a small power strip, plugged it in and attached it with double sided tape so the bulb is in a hanging down pose. Works great, but what a pain sometimes as lightbulb sockets are more common in the ‘upward pose’ setting.2. Customer service is not so great. I asked them an official question four days ago. No response yet. The question? The cloud storage fee, if done yearly, looks costly. Each camera has a tab to pay for cloud storage if you do not have a chip installed to save the local video files. So my question was, does the fee include ALL of the cameras on the account, as I now have 4 of them, or is the fee per camera? I cannot afford a hundred bucks per year times four, but if all the cameras are covered with a single one year purchase, I’d love to do it. Since I have not heard back in a timely manner, and left to guessing, I removed a star from my rating. Besides, every camera has a 10 dollar 128GB chip installed, so I do not lose any event recordings anyway. Because of that, I no longer desire the cloud storage.These are the only two downsides I have encountered. These cameras work great and the picture is clear and easy to access. The app for the PC is not user friendly, but with a little ‘right clicking’ and finding some menus, it is quick to set up and get the images viewed on my second monitor if I so wish it.For a low cost option, these are idealand highly desired. I endorse this product for what it does and suggest them if you need a low cost but effective camera security system.
