I like this collagen supplement added to my morning coffee.It gives you a good serving of collagen, along with some adaptogens, to start your day off right.It blends pretty well, but does leave a bit of sludge in the bottom of your cup, so I’m not sure I’m actually getting the full benefit of the ingredients. You use just a small scoop, so the jar will last a good while, I think.

This glow up powder actually had great results. I was wondering what had happened to my skin and realized I ran out and hadn’t been taking this stuff.Need to buy more asap.Tastewise, very subtle and almost nutty. It’s GREAT with coffee.I can’t speak for energy boosts because I am not a morning person. I wouldn’t know I had extra pep if I had it. But love this stuff for what it did to my skin. Cleared it up. Left it brighter. Left is softer.Highly recommend

Tasteless, blends into smoothies
I appreciate that this blends into smoothies without appreciably changing the taste or the texture. Liquids were a bit more difficult but a handheld electric whisk too out clumps immediately. I’m not sure if the extra ingredients have done anything for me vs regular collagen powder, which I was taking previously, but nothing’s gotten worse.
