Itâs affordable, reliable, durable
I love my new Wireless Charging Case Replacement for my AirPods Pro 1st and 2nd Generation! Itâs been such a great experience using this case. From its USB Type-C port design to the upgraded hinge and fast charging, everything about it is amazing. The USB Type-C port is so convenient! I no longer have to switch between a lightning cable and a USB Type-C cable. I already have other devices that use USB Type-C, so having one cable for everything is awesome. It feels like such a small thing, but it makes a big difference in keeping my desk and bag less cluttered. Charging is super simple now, and itâs nice not to worry about carrying the wrong cable. This case is also the perfect replacement for my original AirPods Pro charging case. I lost my original one, and I was worried Iâd have to spend a ton of money. Luckily, this case is much more affordable and still works perfectly. Itâs compatible with both 1st and 2nd Generation AirPods Pro. Plus, it even works with the protective case I bought to keep it from getting scratched. Everything fits together really well. One of the things I appreciate the most is the upgraded hinge design. The lid feels sturdy, and it doesnât seem like itâll break anytime soon. Iâve opened and closed the lid a lot, and it still feels smooth and solid.Another big highlight is the large 680mAh capacity and fast charging. Perfect replacement for the OEM case for my AirPods Pro 2s
This review is for the “Wireless Charging Case Replacement Compatible with AirPods Pro 1st & 2nd Generation, [USB C Port] Wireless Charger Case Replacement for AirPods Pro 1/2 (1st & 2nd Generation), No Earbuds” that I ordered via the Vine program.I have an original set of AirPods Pro 2 earbuds, and the charging case has been intermittently not holding a charge. I ordered this as a replacement case and am happy to report that it is a direct replacement for the OEM case, including working with the Find My functionality on my iPhone. The only obvious difference between this case and the OEM case is that the button is on the front instead of the back. I’m also very happy that this case is USB C rather than Lightning as it removes one more device that required a special cable for charging. The wireless charging works flawlessly but I do plug it in occasionally when I need a quicker charge and not having to fumble around for a Lightning cable is nice.Highly recommended.

Annoying beeping
This beeping is annoying. I usually leave the case onto the wireless charger all night long so when I wake up it is charged. But do know why it keeps beeping many many times at night which is annoying

Thanks Amazon!The case was very nicely packaged with instructions clearly present.Nice moulded recess for the case in a white box.First thing I noticed as different…the button for pairing is on the front below the LED.OK. I charged it as requested but first tried my earbuds… Yep. Immediately recognized by myphone.I looked over the claims made by the seller and saw…upgraded hinge…magsafe charging…OK. By my inspection the hinge is pretty darn good and looks the same as my original.I tried it on the mag charger…ding!….It charged.I checked price of OEM replacement and this case with current price would qualify as a bargain.I like it. It fits my needs.Yes. Recommended.Thanks.

can’t tell this is a replacement
my brother gave me his airpod charger and it was sooo dirty, especially the case. i wasn’t sure how effective this replacement would be since the product itself is so expensive is this is a fraction of the cost, but to my surprise this thing functions exactly the same as the airpod. WOW! i will leave my review as this unless something happens down the road and will update if it shuts down on me months down the road!

UPDATE: beeping is buggy | Almost identical to my AirPod pro case
UPDATE 12/13/24:After having this case for a few days, the random beeping is bugging me. I think that itâs trickle charging and each time it starts to trickle charge, it beeps. With no way to disable the beeping that I can tell, Iâm going to have to knock a star off of my initial review.âââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââI bought this for the usb c port for my AirPod pro 1 so I can get rid of lightning cables. I literally took my AirPods out of their original case, put them in this case and everything worked. I opened the case, and I iPad and iPhone both instantly recognized the case and showed its charge.The only thing that I wasnât expecting is a beep when you first start to charge it, and it doesnât seem that I can disable the beep unlike apples case.Other than that it looks identical to my old case. It does have a place for a lanyard and itâs got holes for the speaker at the bottom, but itâs the same size and same glossy white look as the original. If youâre looking to replace your AirPod case, look no further.
