I was very much looking forward to this play gym for my granddaughter, and ended up being very disappointed.I took everything out of the box, and separated the pieces. The first thing I noticed was that there is no wooden camera, which was one of the things I was looking forward to the most, since I’m a photographer. I thought it would be adorable for my granddaughter to have the camera. I also couldn’t help but wonder what my 2 month old granddaughter would get out of the hanging animals. The wood is fairly thin, and the animals are painted on the sides. If I laid her under it, she’d be staring at the bottoms of the animals. So, she’s supposed to get entertainment from looking at lines of wood? Only babies big enough to sit up on their own would get any kind of entertainment out of this.Then I realized that there were also no instructions. The toy looks simple enough, I figured it would be a breeze to figure out. I was wrong. I could see basically how it was put together by looking at the pictures on the listing, but you have to figure out which pieces are what, and which order to put it all together in. It took quite a bit of trial and error. To add to it, if you tighten the pieces the way you think they should be tightened, they don’t match up to put the other pieces together, so you have to loosen pieces to get everything to match up. That immediately made me feel like this wasn’t going to be very safe. Then, to top it off, I tightened one of the pieces that needed loosened too much. When I went to loosen it, the wood broke. So no play gym for my house.I also want to note that I had to wash my hands after handling it, as I had, what I assume is saw dust, all over my hands from the pieces.The play gym looks very cute in the photos, but looking cute is about all it’s good for.

Easy to assemble, baby enjoys the toys I hang from the frame (not the ones provided). Just wish the wooden animals that came with were brighter. Babies don’t really enjoy grey’s n dull browns.

Unnecessarily hard to put together but 2-3m old loves it. Its the first toy theyve been interested in. Got a poof from target for them to lay on with it which i highly suggest. Its also cute in their room!
