I had wuuk cameras at a prior house I lived in so naturally when I moved, these cameras were the first to come to mind. I love the 2k quality of the video, 2-way talk features, color night vision, and the alarm is enough to sway my decision. This company keeps the customer at the forefront of their focus. With having no monthly subscription unless you want to pay for extra cloud storage, these cameras come fully functional or the box. Their customer care team is really easy to contact and speak to via email. You could ask them anything. And they back their product and your security with above and beyond promises they will fulfill. If you’re looking for a great, easy to install and use, non subscription security camera….. then look no further, you’ve found the best one here.

Great camera quality and great customer service
I purchased the 4 camera kit with base station. I was so happy with that a few weeks later I added two more cameras to the system. The camera quality is excellent. Picture resolution, sound, motion, notification, and many other features are all great. Installation was a breeze. They were simple to charge and get set up on my wifi network. The furthest camera is about 50 feet from the base station and I was worried about not getting a good signal but it works with no problems. After using them for a few months one camera began losing battery life faster than the others that stayed at nearly 100% for a long time. I contacted their customer service and they walked me through possible issues that might affect battery life, and I made some changes. However, even after the changes, the battery continued to deplete more rapidly on the one camera. I reached back out to Customer Service and without hesitation they sent a replacement unit. They were great to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Wireless camera solution.

Good But Could Be Better
Bought this to replace my RING doorbell. They uped their subscription plan by extra $10 a year. After reading the reviews thought I would give it a try, First the doorbell camera.It has a very narrow view compared to the RING , you will have problems seeing your packages next to the door. I mounted the outside camera to cover that area. Could have just left the RING doorbell up and used the outside camera to recourd. It has a very good videos.The app is simple ,don’t have nearly as many settings as the RING. For me I need the dark mode on my apps. This one has it on viewing the videos but not on the settings and home page. The fonts are very small, have to use my reading glasses. The pictures are good, good zoom.Couldn’t see any differences in picture quallty from the 720 to the 2K . In the security settings, home and away setting I notice that in home mode it autumnally turns off the motion detecting setting, something to watch out for. Night vision could be better the spot light on the outside camera helps alot. Good picture on the outside camera. On that note the mounting bracket for it could be a deal breaker. limited angle settings and would be a pain to have to take it down and put it back up every time to recharge the battery. A quick connect would be better. There is a solar panel, may get one later.. Only has this for about 2 weeks . Still trying to get it to work better You will need a good strong Wi-Fi signal. Batter life looks good.I have a large house and don’t always hear the doorbell, like to see whos at the door and when my deliveries are made. No problems with thefts or anything like that (Not yet anyway) .Over all not bad for the price and no subscriptionsUp Date.Great News.Got an E-Mail from Wuuk (Emily) saying that a total makeover for the app was coming soon with a lot of my recommendations. So with customer service responce I’m changing the rating from 3 to 4 star. Also I wouldn’t be surprise that they’re working on camera improvements too.

This is an excellent solution for a non-subscription outdoor security camera setup. System setup is made easy with the WUUK app step-by-step instructions. The app is very intuitive and easy to use post install. Both the IOS and Android apps run without any glitches. The hardware is well made and the cameras have very high amp-hour batteries. Picture quality and video quality are top notch. I did have an issue during the system setup that turned out to be my home network and had nothing to do with the WUUK equipment or software. I was very impressed with the relentless and prompt efforts of the WUUK tech rep (in this case, Dincy) to diagnose the issue, even though it was not really their problem. All-in-all, well worth the five stars Iâve assigned this review.

Got this IP camera due to its long lasting battery life. After a week of using, it hasn’t gone down 1%. Pairing mode was easy and setup on the phone was quick.Can’t recommend this enough to those who does not want any wires dangling from the camera.

Was skeptical over the “wireless” bit at first, went in prepared to have to dismount the camera every two weeks or so to charge. After over two weeks of usage, the battery life is at 98%. Looks like I can really leave it up for months!Setup and pairing process was straightforward and simple. I like that it has a base station and recorded footage are saved locally on the base station rather than in cloud.2-way audio is useful too (which was my original intended use case for this camera). Had multiple cases of postmen or delivery drivers leaving a “undelivered items” note (usually for packages or registered mail that need to be signed for), even though there were people at home. They simply left too soon, or didn’t even ring the doorbell. Now I get a notification when they arrive and I can talk to them immediately over this camera.
