Good replacement for my broken Mavic Pro gimbal.
This gimbal appears to have been removed from a Mavic Pro, as the title more-than-less says. My guess would be that it comes from Mavic Pros that were returned with gimbal problems. For the warranty, probably the whole gimbal was replaced and the old gimbal was sold in bulk for parts. Often the only problem with these gimbals is the fragile ribbon cable. Again guessing, but I bet the ribbon cable was replaced by a third party, tested, and then sold here. Iâm pretty sure the gimbal is DJI and the ribbon cable is after market. Regardless, I replaced my gimbal arm with this and it works perfectly. Itâs not too difficult if you have some small screw drivers and YouTube for lessons. Itâs obvious to most, but you need to use the camera and braided cable from the broken gimbal. Itâs fun taking the Mavic Pro apart. Much like a MacBook, itâs a work of art on the inside.

Fixed my gimbal overload problem
Pretty easy to swap took about 30 minutes and it fixed my gimbal overload issue wasnât sure if it was my cable or the gimbal itself so bought this so I could get running fast. Works perfectly Iâve done about 10 flights since the repair with no issues.

Defective gimbal, impossible to check if it’s defective or not!
Ordered this part after crashing my drone, after the installation and calibration gimbal kept rotating therefore ruining the horizon level and the shot.After taking the drone to repair they told me that these companies buy gimbals from crashed drones, so they are very often defective and it’s impossible to know. They told that they bought 13 gimbals and only 2 we’re working.Now I have to buy the whole set, it’s the only way to know that final will work for sure!

Was happy with the purchase and price of the item and was especially excited about receiving the item. Though you could see marks on it where someone ripped something off of it was concerned it may not work but ended up working so happy with this buy.

Worked perfectly, relieved my stress!!
I received my gimbal this morning, installed it with the existing ribbon cable and it worked exactly the way it was supposed to. I’ve been struggling with replacing the ribbon cable and none of them worked. So, I ordered the new gimbal and that did the trick. I had noticed that my existing gimbal, the pitch arm was a little loose and so I figured the bearing was shot from a altitude rth crash.

No covers over signal wire route
Pretty disappointed. The covers for the signal wires on each arm are missing. If someone buys this they likely broke there arms and if that happens there is a great chance the covers broke or cracked. Why wouldnt these be shipping with it? Makes no sense.

Good replacement gimbal
I originally replaced just the ribbon cable, this solved my gimbal overload error but the old gimbal did not function properly. Thus I purchased this replacement gimbal and installed it. Installation was easier than the ribbon cable installation. Swapped camera over and added some of the thermal paste from the old gimbal. Have used it on 5 flights so far and it is working well.
