My large cats love it!
I’ve had this for a year now and besides replacing the twine on the scratch posts it has kept up real well! I have large cats and haven’t had much issue. The top cushioned part with the dangle ball has fallen off but I was able to fix it with some glue. Honestly, this is pretty difficult to clean but my cats love it so I’ll let it slide.

Very versatile to change up as you need!
This product was used as both a cat tree but also a staging area for access to a indoor/outdoor cat flap installed in a window. The tree is very sturdy, warm and snuggly. It is a little odd to figure out how some of the parts go as far as getting everything to face a certain way and balance out, but with patience, like a puzzle, one can find the final configuration that works best for both the tree, for the cat and for the home. We love it!

Very nice and easy to put together
Very good quality for the price. Easy to put together and has several styles for build options. We did model one, you can also make several small towers instead of one tall as pictured. Good height while also being slimmer so it doesnât take up too much space in our one bedroom apartment. I am 5â3 and the tallest platform sits around face height for reference.

Very impressed for the price
For how cheap this tower was I expected it to be smaller than shown or be less durable but this feels just as nice as a $100 tree from a pet store. It was easy to put together, and my cats go nuts for it. There is a little visible wear on the scratching posts but they use it a lot and itâs holding up pretty well.

Kind of small would be ok for medium or small cats! I have two larger cats and the have trouble getting thru the tighter to shelf plus the poles are thin. Overall I think itâs for small cats not big cats

Formaldehyde do not buy! The smell won’t dissipate formaldehyde is poisonous!
I probably looked at every single cat tree that Amazon had for sale and checked briefly the reviews and how many stars out of five stars each one received before I picked out this cat tree.When I received the package my cat decided he liked sitting on the box so I didn’t open the package for a few days. He would sit on it several times a day for a few minutes to a half an hour. When I finally opened the box I immediately noticed a horrible smell it reminded me a little bit of garlic. Inside of the box was a bag that was open not sealed not tied but open. The smell was overpowering so I put everything in the garage and call Amazon and told them about the horrible smell so we decided that I was going to spray every single piece with vinegar which vinegar kills all odors so I thought and I would leave the pieces in my spare bedroom for a day or two undisturbed. When I opened up the door after a couple of days with a fan on the pieces of the cat tree and an air purifier in that small room and when I open the door the smell was just as strong as when I first open the box. I picked up the pieces they didn’t fit in the same box I had to put the pieces into two boxes and put the boxes outside thinking the pieces would air out quickly and then I messaged and talked to a few friends and found out the smell was formaldehyde!! I was told do not touch anything that was inside that box and I needed to wear gloves and a mask when I moved the pieces of the cat tree because it was sitting outside. So I Googled. My friend was correct the smell was formaldehyde and yes it is poisonous and dangerous so then I called Amazon again and told them what was up and also sent a message to the third party seller I got it from. Amazon wanted me to return it and I believe the third party seller wanted me to return it but all of the pieces had to fit back inside that same box and the pieces didn’t they were packed very tightly when I got it and I couldn’t get them back in the same way and I was very concerned about my health and dealing with those pieces even though I was wearing a mask and gloves. Luckily Amazon told me to do whatever I wanted with it I could donate it Etc but there’s no way I would subject another person or animal to that smell so it went in the trash. So I started looking for another cat tree and I noticed that there are several sellers here on Amazon selling the same cat trees using the same exact photos the same cats in the photos the same wording in the description which means it’s one person or one business selling the same items or similar items but using different company names. So when I ordered the new cat tree from a different company I let Amazon know that this third party seller I got the first cat tree from was using the same wording the same descriptions the same cat trees the same cats Etc as several other companies and Amazon said they were going to check it out but unfortunately Amazon did not. Also at this time is when I realize my cat was throwing up 2 to 4 times a day which he did for about a month after being exposed to the formaldehyde smell. My throat felt uncomfortable I’m assuming from the smell but my hands were bleeding the skin was peeling off it was horrendous and I only handled it for maybe 30 minutes or less without gloves. I ordered it in September I think and my hands finally stopped bleeding but my skin is still recovering so it’s been over 3 months close to 4 months that I had health issues from the formaldehyde and I did notice that there was a sticker at the bottom of the cat tree stating that a third party had tested the cat tree and it was in compliance or something to that effect but there wasn’t a name of what company tested it and the sticker look like something I could print off of my personal printer but the way my health was affected and my cat getting so very sick there’s no way it was tested and passed but it makes sense looking back as to why the bag that was inside the box was open the company probably figured that leave the bag open over time the smell will dissipate well that didn’t happen. There was also a date on the cat tree I believe it was February of last year so on the tree was made maybe 9 months before I got it and that is a very long time for it to be in a box in an open bag and have it smell so horrible when I opened the box but that’s why I got so sick and why my cat got so sick. So I decided to start reading the one star reviews I probably read a couple hundred reviews from cat trees this company is still currently selling on Amazon and there was a gentleman who ordered a cat tree and also had the same experience with the smell but unfortunately his cats had to be taken to the emergency room one survived but the kitten did not. shortly after I had ordered the new cat tree and opened the box immediately to make sure there was no smell I had to order cat food and Amazon’s price it went up so I ordered it from a competitor. While I was on the phone placing my order I noticed the same cat tree that had made my hands bleed and my cat’s sick so I started reading the reviews and looking up the cat trees. I came to the same conclusion that a person or a business was using several business names selling the same exact thing with the same pictures the same cats in the pictures and the same descriptions on the competitors website. The reviews were completely different than the ones on Amazon the people were extremely mad and blaming the online retailer instead of the manufacturer for the smell the size was not the right size there was pieces missing Etc the reviews were bad and the reviews on Amazon were almost all five stars I wonder how that happened… but at least that website removed the companys selling the same cat trees using the same pictures the same wording Etc.So at least there’s one less retailer selling these poisonous cat trees I just wish Amazon would do what they said they were going to do it’s bad enough people and cats have gotten sick from these cat trees but Amazon has broken their own policy of allowing one person or one company set up several accounts under several names. I did take pictures of my hands because I was in so much pain I called my doctor and had to prove I needed to see him ASAP my cat however refused to get in the carrier so he did not go to the vet and because he was throwing up so much I didn’t want to push the issue and make him more upset and in more pain. However when it was about the third week and my cat was still throwing up I still couldn’t get him in his carrier but at least the vet prescribed a couple of prescriptions that unfortunately didn’t work.This whole experience has been really upsetting and painful and it really bothers me that Amazon is allowing this company to still sell the same exact cat tree. I can’t believe grown people at this company and Amazon are aware of this issue and they are allowing this item to be sold after being told by myself and according to some of the reviews other people that cats and people have had to receive medical attention from being exposed to this cat tree so if you are thinking about buying it please don’t.Go through every one star review and read thoroughly what others have to say. And then purchase a cat tree from Go Pet Club. It’s an American company with great reviews and no formaldehyde smell or any type of voc smells!
