A Pretty Toothbrush? Yes, Please
My dental hygienist had been telling me to get an electric toothbrush for years, because I brush too hard with a manual one. I held off because I didn’t want it to take up space on my bathroom counter, not to mention that my cats chew on any brush they see.About 9 months ago I finally bought a cheap electric toothbrush to see if I would like it. It charged with a plug, which was important, because I could keep it in a drawer when it wasn’t charging. Unfortunately, it was cheaply made with a plastic interior column that broke after about 8 months. When I went to replace it, I did a lot more research and chose the Yunchi Y7 Sonic Electric Toothbrush. I have nothing negative to say, so I’ll tell you why I like it so much.Not only does it charge by plug, but it has a sturdy metal column (where the brush head connects) that should last a long time. There are 5 modes to choose from, each with an automatic 2 minute timer that pauses every 30 seconds, reminding you to switch quadrants. None of the modes are overly loud (as I find rotating brush heads to be) – but I’m not sure how they perform differently from each other, aside from sounding lower or higher pitched. On the handle, there are 2 thoughtfully placed bumps on the opposite side from the “on” button that keep this round brush from rolling over and getting toothpaste on the counter. It also makes a good thumb rest. As I’m writing this, there are 5 versions of the Yunchi toothbrush to choose from on this listing – I bought the green-Y7 (bluish & pink gradient) with included case. It comes with 10 individually wrapped brush heads, with color fade bristles to remind you when to change them out (about every 3 months). It also includes a travel case with a magnetic closure, that will store the brush base and 1 brush head (separately). The product box includes instructions and a USB-to-plug charging cable that plugs into the bottom of the brush under a concealed and waterproof port door. There was no wall charger, but I have so many USB-A chargers from other products, that it made no difference to me. The first full charge lasted me a little over a month.There is one thing that I left out – this toothbrush is so pretty that it makes me smile every time I use it, seriously! I could have bought any of a couple of other electric toothbrushes that were similar in features and comparable in price, but once I saw this one, I wanted it. The toothbrush and the box it comes in are so pretty that it’s honestly gift-worthy. Overall, 5 stars from me.*Presently a pack of 5 replacement brush heads for the Yunchi Y7 costs almost as much as a whole new brush base with 3 heads. At this point it’s a non-issue, because 10 brush heads should last me about 2 1/2 years…and who knows if the rechargeable battery will even last that long?

Best Toothbrush *EVER*
I bought this in February 2022 & I have NEVER had an electric toothbrush this good. I have only ever had to charge it a few times. Be sure to charge it fully overnight before the first use. Yes it comes with a partial charge in the battery–that charge is not meant to run the product. I chose the gradient green toothbrush with 10 brush heads & over 2 years later, this product & the replacement heads are still available for purchase. YAY!! I have bought this as a present once & will be doing so again soon. I saw other people complain about the brush head bristles being “too soft.” Well I can’t fix your $tup!d but a bristle that is too firm causes issues for enamel health long term. Add that to an electric brush capable of 40,000 VPM & a firm bristle causes more damage than you’d be able to recover from in your life. So do I recommend this toothbrush? ABSOLUTELY!! Am I sad the “bristles are too soft?” Nope! Buy the green gradient one right now!!Even for the men in your life because they need some whimsy too. Plus, 10, yup TEN brush heads! That travel case is rock solid as well. ZERO COMPLAINTS! Would I buy it at full price? Yes I would. It goes on sale often though so don’t despair!

Oaky seriously best electric tooth brush ever! Absolutely first brought for beautiful color and small brush head. Did not expect it to work way better than my old $99 brush it replaced.Had for 1 month now and I love it. Battery life on one change last over 2 weeks. Came with lots of brush heads I think 5 or 6. 2 min timer with 30 sec semi stops for each mouth section.Only small bummer is the brush is very soft and really tickles my upper back teeth, but not a deal break by any means.Buy it! Seriously it’s great!!!
