I’ve been looking into more holistic type approaches to healing my body since decades of Western medicine have me more sick than helping me. I’ve been doing low histamine to reduce inflammation and trying to eat more foods that claim to support liver functioning. Which bad liver/kidney function can cause inflammation too. And I’ve had chronic inflammation issues for decades that Western docs just shrug their shoulders at when their chemically made meds don’t work. They have no clue how to do anything but be glorified pharma dealers anymore.Anyway… Been eating a handful of these a day and it’s helped a lot with inflammation and was a good snack in between meals when I just needed a little something to hold me over until the actual next meal. I added them into my low histamine salads, for crunch, and they tast amazing!There are so many health benefits to pumpkin seeds and these seem to be of great quality and good value. Will be buying every time I run out. Which these seem to last me about 1.5 months eating about a handful a day.
