I have noticed that collagen does wonder for me. It does have a slight taste to it, but mixedWith my tea in the morning. I’m not a vain person, but collagen has helped with my skin becomes less saggy and even my face is changing; less wrinkles.

Like Every Ingredient in this Fantastic Blend !
I got this because I primarily use collagen to try and possibly improve my skin health as well my joints. I like every ingredient in this so much I currently take them all. But it’s real nice to have them all combined like this powder offers. Some of these ingredients are real important imo with collagen like Vitamin C. Your body can’t make collagen without it as it requires enzymes from it to fold the collagen proteins into a useable form. Then the hyaluronic acid is thought of as being similar to a glue kinda that holds it all together. Considering that we start losing collagen in our late 20s, I find it very satisfying with my efforts to try and possibly replace it. Your body determines if and how it will possibly use it and some types of collagen are thought to work better in some parts of the body than others. The Poultry ( Chicken) collagen for joints for example and the Marine (Fish) collagen for skin especially the face imo and the Eggshell for Hair and nails possibly. The Bovine Collagen for general use and some scientist think it possibly resembles our natural collagen more than the other types. So to have them all in this product is a nice way to offer the body anywhere and everywhere collagen imo. I do wish it listed amounts of each collagen type rather than just listing 9 grams for all collagen types with one scoop. I would like to think they are in equal amounts or close to it but I have no way of knowing with this combined weight. The total weight of all the ingredients in this with one scoop is supposed to be about 10 grams and you can see on my scale with the scooper weigh tared out I’m getting about 9 grams plus which is about what was claimed. I find with these powders that due to shipping they tend to ‘fluff up’ a bit and are not as compact as when they were first manufactured making them weigh a little less per scoop. So I’m impressed and happy with this 9 grams plus weight. The other ingredients in this for the joints like MSM and Curcumin and Chondroitin Sulfate are very much welcome too. I think they slowly may possibly be beneficial since these ingredients are found in our joints naturally. The MSM which I take daily in larger amounts possibly donates sulfur to keratin making our skin and hair possibly more healthy. I’ve been taking collagen powder for over 10 years and I am very happy with my skin health. I take about 15 grams as I’m a bit older now and personally think I do well with that amount. It’s an extremely slow process imo with skin health where progress is measured every 6 months or so based on my experience. But considering it took awhile to lose it, then it may possibly take a while to put it back. As far as joints go ditto ! I took extra yesterday of my joint regimen which had all this plus more and I’m still a little sore from my exercise yesterday, so no miracle worker but beneficial possibly imo. This dissolved in my coffee very well and had no taste just the way I like it. I am very pleased with this powder and all of these ingredients in it. I did not see where this was third party lab tested but that’s pretty much typical imo with collagen powders. I had absolutely no sides with this and no bad aftertaste. Couldn’t get past the flavor
I did not like the taste at all and found it hard to mask. The mix ability was great and it does dissolve easily though. I am a super taster and have this issue with unflavored and flavored items alike. I did notice more vibrant skin health after a few weeks but I considered it a poor value due to the taste.
