Let me mention that I am computer scientist, (I spent dozen of hours reading manual from manufacturer website! watching multiple videos!) first day I tried to charge it using supported by the manufacturer wire! many different Chargers! unfortunately it won’t charge, after several hours of charging it was still showing that the battery is dead!!!I left it for overnight for charging, somehow next morning it was charged. I did download the app for iPhone 13 Pro Max. According to manufacturer suggestions I did download new software as the instruction says I pressed the power button for 3 seconds unfortunately sometimes it works sometimes not!!!after I open up I can see gimbal on my iPhone screen and all of the options I cannot do anything from gimbal bathrooms I have to manually touch the screen to make some changes!!most of their functions do not work according to instruction I can not do anything on my iPhone screen via the Gimbal!!the item is extremely complicated and it behaves randomly. I have a few the Gimbals older generation they work perfect!don’t waste your money! and your time! it won’t work like the manual and videos say.very often it turns of itself also sometimes is shaking like crazy that I was afraid that’s my Smartphone will just go away, in summary I wanted to upgrade to little more expensive with match more futures, unfortunately that was my mistake, this item is cheap fake China product!!!!!!!!!!don’t spend waste your money your time and your nerves.of course I try to call customer service in u.s. I got the message that the number doesn’t exist!!! customer service doesn’t exist as well !!!there is no support except few videos on YouTube, which do not explain problems which I experienced.good luck.Arek

Tracking through the app is almost perfect in my initial test
I have some familiarity with gimbals so there wasn’t too much of a learning curve for me. I had this unit balanced and working in about 10 minutes. The app could be a lot better but it’s workable and you don’t necessarily need the software for stabilization. You do need the software for certain features such as tracking, which I was actually blown away by. I drew a box around my son and the gimbal followed his every movement. It worked great and the unit was very steady.I’m using an apple 13 pro max so it’s a big boy and this gimbal handles it well. Spend some time getting your balance perfect and this gimbal will work great. I will update the this review the more I use it but these are my initial thoughts.

Lo pruebe en mi iPhone 12, y me encantado las experiencias, pesa muy poco, es un equipo portátil. Súper sencillo de conectar al teléfono, tiene el motor en la parte trasera así evita problema inesperado mientras trabajamos , es súper estable , se consigue una calidad de video perfecta . Muy fácil de manejar porque todos los botones de control esta alcance de nuestra mano . Una recarga llena dura hasta más de 4 horas de grabación continuo. Hasta ahora estoy muy contenta con la compra, solo hecho de menos a un estuche o una bolsa para guardarlo después de cada uso
