Does not include charger and is not compatible with quick chargers for cell phones. And this information is hard to find. Quick start guide says nothing so I put it on my Quick charger which I’m sure dramatically shortened the battery life.They should include a charger at this price point ð ð ð ð

Tons of features, terrible documentation, doesn’t work well
This gimbal stabilizer for cell phones comes with a really nice container to keep it safe. It’s a good size and when it works, it’s really cool. The problem is, it doesn’t always work and it’s really difficult to find really good documentation on how to use it. I downloaded the app and went through videos and read everything I could find. There are several buttons on this thing that I still don’t know what they do and there are several buttons and knobs that don’t actually do what they are supposed to do. I’m pretty frustrated with this. If I’m really delicate and patient, I can get some of the features to work. Often times, something will start working, like the smart tracking, and then the thing will crash or something and all the little motors and limbs just stop working and it flops down. The video will still be going and the app will be connected but the motorized parts just won’t work. Overall, I’m really disappointed. I want it to work so badly, I may keep working with it to see if it’s user error or if this thing really is just junk.**UPDATE**Changing from 2 stars to 3 stars. The seller contacted me and offered a full refund so I’m giving them an extra star for good customer support. Hopefully they aren’t just responsive to bad reviews. Unfortunately they only offered a refund and not solutions to the problems.

Very cool gimbal, seller replaced the first one free of charge after it stopped working.
I was having issues with the original gimbal I received, but I contacted the seller, and they replaced the gimbal with a new one which appears to be working correctly. This gimbal is really cool and pairs easily with my Android phone. Once you figure out how to use it, it really helps level up your video shots.

Defective
While filming, my gimbal occasionally vibrates uncontrollably (see attached recording), and the vortex mode only makes the phone tilt upward instead of functioning as expected. I suspect the unit I received might be defective. Rather than going through the hassle of a replacement, I’ve decided to return it and explore other brands.

I can figure most things out without reading instructions. I’m a tech person and I couldn’t figure this out for the life of me. I watched a youtube video and read the “instructions” but I couldn’t get it to work.

I’ve been working my way through phone gimbals for ages now, trying to find the best.This Zhiyun tops the rest, easily.I use a Zhiyun gimbal professionally and always swear by them so this phone gimbal is no different. Easy instructions to follow if you haven’t balanced one before and quick too. Battery life is excellent, beats all others by far.This is the only gimbal I have bought and used that doesn’t tilt to one side when filming with the mobile phone in vertical mode, for reels etc. Perfectly plumb unlike pretty much all the DJI gimbals I’ve used before.Highly recommended!
