Great SPIROLINA in Easy to take tablets
I absolutely love this product. IT IS MY GO to supplement I used to buy those green drink (green magma and other assorted named) varieties at the health food store…but they were messy and didn’t taste the best. I can’t say enough good things about where and how this product is made:NON-GMO, 100% VEGETARIAN, PESTICIDE & HERBICIDE FREE and HIGH QUALITY just to name a few things…it’s MORE NUTRITIOUS THAN CHLORELLA â I read that this blue green algae contains the highest concentration of protein of any plant, herb or animal on a gram per gram basis. More energy, less craving, MUCH better sleep!
I was ordering turmeric when I saw the suggestion for spirulina … Since Dr Axe had a youtube clip on it recently, I was somewhat familiar with it. I wondered if I should order it, and did! I started taking just five a day, but after reading an ebook on it since, I have increased it to 10 grams a day, as I have been battling fatty liver for several years. I also read several testimonies of people who were healed of many other conditions with spirulina! So, I’m very excited about feeling a lot better. I have noticed much more energy than prior to taking it.This stuff is great. I sleep much better when I take these and I’m not as hungry during the day, presumably because my body is getting a lot of nutrients from these tablets. One pleasant unexpected side effect to mention: these give me VIVID dreams. I think I saw another review mentioning this as well. Not sure why it happens, but I like it.

Spirulina is a very beneficial product for the cells since it contains 9 essential amino acids, minerals and vitamins that the body needs daily. ZHOU Nutrition is a good choice for Spirulina because it’s produced in California and is NON- GMO. You have to be careful ordering spirulina because many companies are making false claims. I am very pleased with this product and since I have been taking 4 of capsules a day it is an added source of complete protein, minerals and vitamins to my diet. Spirulina feeds the cells. Since I started taking this Spirulina I feel a renewed energy, better sleeping habits and stronger. I am completely satisfied with this product and it makes a difference. It’s worth it.

For those not familiar, spirulina is a natural âalgaeâ powder that is incredible high in protein and nutrients. When harvested correctly from non-contaminated ponds and bodies of water, it is one of the most potent nutrient sources available. These actually do give me more energy in my workouts. I llike the deep green, and they don’t taste bad if you put them in your mouth before you drink them down. There is a lot of natural vitamin and mineral content in these, and spirulina has a lot of protein. Forgive me, but it’s Pessimistic Day; I take off one star because they are “made with NON-GMO ingredients” which is a marketing, but often misleading way of disclosing that there is at least one or two components that are of “non-GMO” origin.Ok ok, I add back 51% of a star for good faith that they are not only referring to the “silica” as being non-GMO.I do recommend these if you are trying to have more energy during muscle-using activities.

Thumbs up to ZHOU NUTRITION… ðð¼ This is the absolute best antioxidant you can give yourself. You take 6 tablets daily. I take all of my vitamins first thing in the morning with a glass of water. They digest very easily, and don’t have a funky aftertaste. You can also feel confident knowing that ZHOU NUTRITION processes this supplement in the most organic conditions. I feel pretty good since taking this so I’ll continue to do so… I’ve even got my Hubby on the SPIRULINA kick 😉 I am going to order the powdered formulation next time to compare which is best for me… I’ll let you know what I think!

Be Cautious
I tried this product along with my son for 2 days, 6 tablets each day as recommended. On the second day, I suffered from abdominal pain along with diarrhea. The diarrhea is intense, I ended up going 8 times throughout the night and another 7 times in the morning followed by a few more times throughout the day. I had headaches and I was basically wasted. My sons symptoms started a day after mine, as I write this review, he is starting to go through what I did. Last night I was able to sleep well but as I woke this morning and although I am not going frequently, it is still diarrhea. I am thankful that the abdominal pain has reduced as well as my visits to the bathroom. My strength is returning as well. I have taken castor oil to cleanse the system as well and I am familiar with diarrhea.I am not convinced that this product is a safe product. The idea that the headaches and diarrhea is simply cleansing the system doesnt make sense to me.
