Very soft and thick material – nice tapered waist
This seems like the next step following a Love to Dream swaddle. My girl did not do well in the transitional Love to Dream with arms zipped off. She kept smacking herself in the face all night with her hands exposed. I bought a few Zipadee Zip sacks and while she did well in these I donât like that the fabric bunches near her mouth and nose. This Zigjoy swaddle is tapered around the waist so fabric does not bunch like the Zipadee. The fabric is thick/nice quality too and a 1.0 tog which I really like. Zipadee was a 0.2 or 0.5 tog which I think was a bit thin and the fabric pills after a few washes. Basically, if you used the Love to Dream for your newborn and want something for your 3+ month old that has hands covered this is a great choice. Iâll update my review if any issues arise.

Baby shark fin sleep sack
This is my favorite sleep sack! Itâs extremely soft, light weight and breathable. It has a large zipper cover that never folds over. It also has a double zipper which comes in handy. I have washed this many times and the durability itâs amazing. It does not ruin the material at all and a huge plus for meâ¦. Dog hair does not stick to it AT ALL!! It is very stretchy and snug but also gives lots of room for them to move around.

Helps when transitioning out of swaddle
Our baby was having a difficult time staying asleep after we had to stop swaddling. These were the next best thing. Theyâre a little thicker than other sleep sacks, so good for winter. I like the sleeves so her little hands stay warm. So many others are sleeveless. Baby is 13 lbs and this fits well.

Great for transitioning!
We got this to transition our baby out of his swaddle and it worked perfectly! The material is nice and soft and breathable. The neck hole was a little large. Baby slept through the night with this transition swaddle, we stopped use when he could roll over from back to belly and he is now in a regular sleep sack sleeping through the night.

Warm, But Wears Out Quickly
Initially we LOVED this sleepsack! It helped transition my 3 month old out of the swaddle & keeps her warm during these cold winter nights. And it still does that. However over the last week I have noticed little fuzzies on the arms. I thought maybe it had just started attracting lint, but it actually appears to be the stuffing from inside the sleep sack starting to come out through the outer lining. This has only happened on the arms. I have only washed it a couple of times exactly as stated in the tag. Iâm very disappointed as I feel I can no longer use it. My 3 month old puts her hands in her mouth & it seems like it would be a choking hazard if the filling were to end up in her mouth. I noticed no other review has mentioned this problem, so not sure if I just somehow ended up with a bad product. I also have the cotton 1.0 TOG sleep sacks & those are holding up nicely. Itâs unfortunate this one hasnât worked out.
