Since I work in IT, I need to maintain my focus for long hours and I noticed I was losing steam through out the day, becoming frustrated and overwhelmed. So I began searching for ginkgo and found this product that has the 3 powerhouse herbs. Ashwagandha definitely keeps the overwhelm away which makes me nice and calm. My sleep wasnât affected either. Thank you Amazon for supplying this great product! I tossed the other product I was using.

Mislabeled 1 capsule = 520mg not 1400mg
This product claims 2800mg per two capsule serving. I could tell right away looking at the capsule size there isn’t 1400mg of product in them as they are standard 500mg size (approximately) capsules. Weighed the contents on my lab scale, 0.52 grams (520 mg). I could see them getting the 2 caps vs 4 caps per serving mislabeled but 4 x 520 = 2,080mg not 2,800. Interesting, seems the 8 moved one place to the left?Who knows if this was intentional, a mistake, or pure incompetence but either way, at the least it raises the eyebrow regarding what else did they screw up on? But I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt on product quality. This is one of the few products available on Amazon that contain both Panax Ginseng and Ginko Biloba. So while the amount of the product is grossly mislabeled, based on dosages sited in studies, one capsule at 10% genocides may be enough to be effective. Personally the jury is still out on the effects of this product at different dosages as it comes down anyway to personal objectives and physiology.

Great Product, Great Price
First of all, I particularly like the ingredients Ginkgo Ginseng, Beet Root Powder and Green Tea extract, plus it is all GMO and Lab Tested. And, for the low price, it offers a large 2800 mg. I feel that my energy level is more constant, and I seem to be in a better mood. I am 79 years young and always looking for something to keep my vitality. I would encourage anyone, regardless of age, to try this. I have just ordered my second bottle.

Iâm not sure if it gave me energy, but i couldnât say honestly. i try not to drink energy drinks at work, but sometimes i need it. i figured id try this as an alternative. i liked the ingredients list. theyâre small pills and very easy to swallow. the smell was earthy just like ginseng. no side effects luckily! just not sure about energy quality or how it helped with performance. maybe you need to take it for a while to get the full effect.
