Solid Upgrade with Clear Video and Easy App
This Zosi H.265 model has been working great so far, with no issues. The Zosi app is simple to use, and it’s a huge upgrade from my older 15-year-old 720p DVR. The video clarity on this model is impressiveâmuch sharper than I expected.One tip: be sure to write down your password! I forgot mine and had to reach out to customer service, which was fortunately an easy process. Just note that thereâs no way to reset the password directly on the DVR itself.

System was easy to install and set up. Cameras look great. It even had an app for remote viewing. But when I loaded the remote app. I found myself looking at someone else home. 4 cameras staring at someone else family. Contacted the company, sent them a bunch of technical info. they said they never heard of something like this. But they were no help. Could not fix the problem. The system is not secure. Whenever I talked about getting my money back, they stopped replying. Do not buy this unless you like being watched .

Great product for the price
I’m overall very happy with my purchase. Easy install, directions are more of a side note it’s so easy to install. Picture quality is good and play back is smooth. I did have one camera that the IR didn’t want to work but after contacting seller and doing their trouble shooting the replaced the camera free of charge! Email response was quick…sent email at 1145pm had responses by 130am. I’ve been running this for a month with no issue

I think this is a pretty good system but I don’t think that it is waterproof as the say because one of the cameras got wet and it doesn’t alarm anymore and the footages looks very dark. The alarm for one of the camera keeps going off even tho I changed it from motion to human detection. I can’t sleep at nights because I keep thinking that someone is in my yard because of that camera
